At the Comfort Empowerment and Advocacy Foundation (CEAF), we believe that safety should never be a luxury. That is why we are launching this critical campaign to build a completely free, secure crisis shelter dedicated to housing and protecting survivors of rape and domestic violence.

This shelter will be more than just a roof over their heads. It will be a holistic sanctuary providing: Immediate, safe emergency housing for women and children fleeing abuse.

Trauma-informed mental health counseling and emotional support.

Vocational training, legal advocacy, and empowerment tools to help survivors regain long-term independence.
